Clusters are our answer to the challenging world of employee organization and policy management in growing companies.
Understanding the Big Picture
Clusters is an intelligent group management system built for HR teams who need to apply policies across their growing organization. Moving away from the tedious process of manually selecting employees one by one, to a dynamic system that automatically manages policy assignments - Clusters will fundamentally change how HR teams think about policy management.
The highlight? The seamless collaboration between product and engineering teams that went beyond just building a feature - we reimagined how HR teams could work more efficiently in growing organizations. Since most of our customers were small to medium size and only poised to grow more, this was of paramount importance.
